Do you offer refunds?

Yes. We have a 30-day refund period for each plugin.

We do ask why you want a refund. If it’s a valid reason, we are happy to process the refund for you.

Valid reasons are:

  • incompatibility with another plugin (which could not be fixed by us)
  • incompatibility with hosting (maybe a cache problem)
  • your client terminated the project
  • you missed canceling your trial period

Not valid reasons:

  • I want my money back
  • A huge amount of support effort on our site (We can charge the support hours instead)
