All Parameters

Passster has several parameters that you can use to enhance the shortcode functionality.

Protection types

Let us begin with the protection types.

Password

Adding a password is as easy as:

[passster password="your-password"]Your hidden content[/passster]

Captcha

If you like to use the captcha instead of a password use:

[passster captcha="captcha"]Your hidden content[/passster

Passwords

If you want to add multiple passwords per shortcode you should use:

passster passwords="your-password-1, your-password-2, your-password-3"]Your hidden content[/passster]

Users

If you like some user roles or specific users directly bypass the restriction you need to set the following parameters:

User roles:

[passster password="123" role="administrator"]Your hidden content[/passster]

Users:

[passster password="123" user="username"]Your hidden content[/passster]

Texts and Labels

You can overwrite every text per shortcode.

Headline

Overwrite the headline for your shortcode with:

[passster headline="Custom headline" password="your-password"]Your hidden content[/passster]

Instructions Text

Overwrite the instruction text for your shortcode with:

[passster instruction="Custom instructions text goes here.." password="your-password"]Your hidden content[/passster]

Placeholder

Overwrite the placeholder text for your shortcode with:

[passster placeholder="Custom placeholder text" password="your-password"]Your hidden content[/passster]

Button

Overwrite the button text for your shortcode with:

[passster button="Custom button text" password="your-password"]Your hidden content[/passster]

Multiple Shortcodes per page

If you like to use multiple shortcodes per page you need an unique identifier for each one.
I have integrated the auth parameter to do this:

[passster auth="passster-1" password="your-password"]Your hidden content[/passster]

Styling

Sometimes you need a way to add custom styling to your content restriction area. The easiest way to do this is with the id parameter:

[passster id="custom-id" password="your-password"]Your hidden content[/passster]
